The Fall River Line Pier has 24-hour-a-day security guard protection, overseen by Homeland Security and the US Coast Guard. The grounds are fully lighted for overnight protection and operations with an indoor/outdoor camera surveillance system.
The Port also has a 100,000-ton capacity/60-ft. long truck scale used by the local trucking industry due to its accurate weight measurement. To further accommodate our trucking clients, our truck level terminal dock has a full length canopy extending 550-ft. over platform, served by all major truck carriers.
